Final model

And here she is! I managed to finish her a week before the deadline.
Overall I'm pretty pleased with her! Of course there's a few things I'd change but that's more to do with my process so aren't really things I can change so easily.
I'd definitely put more detail into the Zbrush sculpt. I wasn't sure whether to spend the time going to extremes with it because I didn't know how well it would pick up my bake. I also thought it would be easy to get all that information with textures, but it was easier said than done. I'm not happy about the roughness on her face; clearly a face doesn't have a uniform roughness, but achieving something realistic was incredibly difficult.
I'd go into the other details further too; I'd give her eyelashes and nicer hands too. I feel like the hands deserved more tris. I'd also make things like her torso, arms and hands as one mesh; this restricted how I could pose her because certain poses revealed holes under the arms where I had just attached the separate piece.
There's a few things that are also out of my control such as the tri limit; I got an extension on the amount of tris I could use (15k originally moved to 17.5k) and even getting it under 17.5 felt like a push and I feel like I had to sacrifice a lot of quality in terms of the model.
Other than that I think the only improvements I'd make would be to essentially take it up to the 'next level' of detail and quality which wouldn't really be possible given the restrictions here!
Its definitely paved the way for more personal projects, so I'm really hoping I can achieve something better when I don't really have any limits.
Throughout this project I've learned a tonne of new softwares and techniques and managed to apply them to my current model effectively- I had only been using Zbrush for a week before I started this project! Although I clearly have a lot more to learn I'm confident that I can now comfortably incorporate them into my workflow.
Feedback has been incredibly helpful and important during this project, and a lot of things wouldn't be the way they are without critique and comments from others, so if you happened to feedback and critique this project along the way... THANKYOU!
For now I'm going to focus on what I want to learn next and start working on a big personal project (most likely a character) that I can fit in a few hours a week but really push myself on all the things I felt I couldn't achieve in this project!
Now for render dumps!
